What we delivered
Balroy Hall consists of 192 apartments and ancillary facilities in five five-storey apartment buildings, comprising 67 one-bedroom apartments, 104 two-bedroom apartments and 21 three-bedroom apartments.
On-site facilities include a crèche, gym and residential amenity rooms and security office.
A number of mature trees were retained on site and this forms the main public open space that includes a children’s play park.
