We carry out Structural Surveys & Dilapadation Surveys on residential, commercial, office, retail and industrial buildings. Our Building Surveyors & Chartered Engineers are registered on the SCSI Register of Building Surveyors and IEI Register of Chartered Engineers.
Planning
Services
We can provide Pre-planning, Planning Compliance, Planning Appeals and Development Plan advocacy. We specialise in providing Design Team co-ordination throughout the Planning and Construction Stages. Our Town Planners are professionally qualified corporate members of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI).
Accessibility
Cert Applications
We prepare and advise clients in relation to Accessibility Certificates. We have worked on some of the largest distillery projects in the State and various hotel, offices, museums restaurants, protected structures and multi-unit residential schemes.
Assigned
Certifiers
We can inspect, co-ordinate and certify building works, acting as the Assigned Certifier for residential and commercial projects. We are currently acting as the Assigned Certifiers & Design Certifiers for over 1000 residential units and several commercial developments. Our Assigned Certifiers are registered on the SCSI and IEI Registers.
